Had a burnt outlet caused by, we think, a cheap power strip. My call was returned right away and he came out that same day and repaired it. I’m very pleased.

Aubrey was excellent, very knowledgeable and conscious. He came out even in the bad cold weather and turn up my partial power home back up. Now is running full power again.

The electricians Jeremy and Jacob are highly skilled and professional. We just purchased an older home and it had LOADS of electrical issues. Jeremy and his brother did a great job. They were punctual and very professional. Jeremy from John's Electric came because my new Hisense freezer in my garage was tripping the GFCI breaker. By code, all outlets in the garage are supposed to be on GFCI circuits. Apparently the freezer causes a fluctuation in the current when the defrost kicks in and this fluctuation trips the GFCI. Jeremy confirmed that the GFCI breaker was working properly and also that the garage outlets had been properly installed. He told me that Samsung freezers are also known to have this problem. Jeremy was able to identify an outlet that was not on a GFCI circuit that could be reached with an extension cord. Otherwise, I would have had to return the freezer and buy another brand. Jeremy was very honest and knowledgeable. I recommend John's Electric wholeheartedly.

Couldn't say enough good things about John's Electric. I had an emergency come up yesterday related to my power meter that needed to be addressed quickly. Aubrey called me after hours after he was already off of work to discuss the issue. He was patient and kind and helped to create calm in a moment of stress. He addressed the problem, scheduled the appointment to come out and work with Alabama Power and did all of this within 15 hours of first talking with him. They were thorough in looking, but fix would have taken way less time if they had listened to me from the beginning. They are good if you need someone immediately to look at the issue.
