On any repair performed by John’s Electric where the materials are supplied by us, we offer a no-questions-asked, 1-year warranty on labor and materials. In addition, we always offer a 5-year warranty on all breaker panels and service upgrades which covers both labor and materials.

If you are not 100% completely satisfied with any of our services, we will refund all of your money no questions asked. If our technicians smoke, swear, are not drug-free or leave your home without cleaning up, you do not pay for the service. Period. If a repair fails in the first year, we will repair it again absolutely free.
